Qigong facilitates a more intimate understanding of oneself and allows one better to respect one's body, mind and emotions.Ultimately, it helps one better to manage and pace oneself as well as increasingly respect oneself and those around in a better way.
Ruby is my name and I propose to be your teacher of Qigong and Taichi. (Diploma recognized by the University of Sports of Beijing-China).
Classes are taught in Spanish and English. I also speak French and Dutch.
I invite you to discover and/or improve series like the Ba Duan Jin -Eight Pieces of Brocade- (suitably amended and updated by the "International Health Qigong Association") and some other Daoyin (Qigong exercices) from professor Zhang Guangde's®.
Consistent practice is undoubtedly beneficial for one's well-being and maintaining an over-all healthy constitution. Qigong and Taichi can be learned and practised at all ages. One only needs to be mindful of one's pace and level.
