Professor Zhang Guangde®
Qigong Master, recognised by the Beijing Sport University, established his own school:
Daoyin Yangsheng Gong® (DYYSG®)
The main appeal of its movements consists in its capacity generally to maintain and improve one's health. The Daoyin sequences are based on the acupuncture points of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its various meridians. Moreover, the same Daoyin sequences are used in China as a complement to various specific therapeutic treatments.
Some are performed more frequently during particular times in the year whereas others are also executed as entertainment. It is equally possible to practise while seated.
The method consists mainly of two systems :
the Daoyin Yangsheng Gong® which includes the following examples :
Daoyin Baojian Gong – Dao Yin to preserve health.
Shuxin Pingxue Gong – Relax the heart and soothe the blood.
Yiqi Yangfei Gong – Promote qi and nourish the lungs.
Hewei Jianpi Gong – Harmonize the stomach and strengthen the spleen.
Yuzhen Buyuan Gong – Feeding energy tone original Qi (kidneys).
Shugan Lidan Gong – Relax the liver and stimulate the gallbladder.
49 shi Jingluo DongGong – Circulate the energy meridians in 49 series.
... and the Taiji Yangsheng : a spiritual form of Taijiquan without its martial aspect.
Yangsheng Taiji Fan: Health Taiji of the Fan (simple or double).
